Loving It So Far

Kiss of the Dead gets off to a great start the first couple of episodes. It looks like it might be a lot of fun. The series doesn't take itself too seriously, which helps a great deal. I loved the twist that a zombie teenager is still being rebellious. The acting is pretty good. The make-up tends to be pretty basic. There are some reasonably done gore effects. The creators, however, do have a habit of utilizing a rather too obvious blue lens. Still, it was fun to watch and merits a rating of 6 out of 10.
