Dumb Fun
Southern Undead is a movie that was never completed, as Phoenix Magnus admits himself in the description of the project on youtube. So he put the rough cut for all its flaws up. And for that I give him thanks. Southern Undead is indeed a very low budget movie. The make-up is very basic indeed. There were some portions of the movie's soundtrack that was missing. And there were a number of effects shots that needed work. But I did get a lot of laughs out of the characters, especially their use of exagerrated Southern accents and mannerisms. It was a fun movie, even if it was incomplete. I give Southern Undead a rating of 6 out of 10.
