Story:
Some governmnet chemicals have been dumped by the town of Pittsburg. The liquid inside has spilled out. Local law enforcement knows about the problem. They try to contact the government, but they, of course, deny all knowledge of it. The biggest problem of all is that the chemicals have caused a zombie outbreak. Yes, the dead are rising from their graves, invading Pittsburg and eating its residents. It's up to local law enforcement to put an end to the threat.

Zombometer rating: 5 / 5

So Awful, It's Great

This is one of those movies that's so awful, it turns out to be entertaining for all the wrong reasons. Everything about this film screams cheapness. The chemical barrel looks like it was a large mixing pail from the Home Depot. The chemical looked like some yellow paint. The police uniforms are dark shirts, blue jeans (for one guy) with cheap looking police stars (one of them on a guy's suspenders). The acting is truly awful. They weren't kidding when they said these were non-professional actors (they misspelled non as "none"). The dialogue is hideous. There are long stretches of scenes with the captain (who wears a hilariously fake beard) talking on the phone or talking to his fellow officers. The make-up is very basic. The gore is very, very cheap as well. The shots at night are almost impossible to see due to a lack of lighting. In short, I loved it. I laughed my ass off again. I give this film 6 out of 10.
