What do you call a director that has a seven minute shot of a mannequin head in his film? What do you call a director who has a monster that is only a very very very cheap Halloween mask? The World's Worst Director, that's what. You might think that there was some artistic purpose to a seven minute shot of a mannequin head or some kind of deeper meaning. But there's not.
